Printonic MCP is a hosted Streamable HTTP server. You need a free Printonic account and a psa_live_ seller key. Partner money tools use admin-issued pk_live_ keys.
Authentication
Send the key on every request as Authorization: Bearer psa_live_… or x-api-key. Create, rotate, and revoke keys in Agent Access. Use one key per assistant. The secret is shown once.

Scopes and tiers
Free (default): catalog:read, stores:read, products:read, listings:draft. Rate limit 30/min, 5 active keys, 50 drafts/month, 10 mockup jobs/month. Catalog reads are unlimited.
Pro adds products:write, listings:publish, orders:read, orders:create. Rate limit 120/min, 20 keys, unlimited drafts, 100 mockup jobs/month. Upgrade.
Partner keys (pk_live_) are minted by Printonic admins and can submit paid orders. See Partner MCP.
Errors
401— missing or invalid key403— missing scope, Pro-only scope on a free key, or account suspended429— per-minute rate limit or monthly draft/mockup quota- Store-scoped tools fail cleanly until a store is connected
Security
Never commit keys. Rotate if a key leaks. orders:create requires a daily spend cap. Seller MCP orders are pending-only; partner paid tools charge the partner wallet or card.
